A Bumper Crop!

M picked 225 ears of corn on Sunday morning (much better than the year the critters only left 3 ears for us!)

T and M husked the corn on the front porch.

We filled every available big bowl and pot with husked corn. Then we washed and blanched it.

T and M both took turns scraping the corn off the cob. (We use it that way the most so M can take it to work in his lunch).

We did put a dozen ears on the cob into the freezer.

Our final total was 30 qts. of creamed corn.
